Return Policy

Right of withdrawal

The Internet user has a period of fourteen (14) days from receipt of the product (s) to exercise his right of withdrawal in accordance with Articles L221-18 to L221-28 of the French Consumer Code by requesting to cancel his order without having to justify reasons or pay penalties. When this period expires on a Saturday, a Sunday, or a public holiday, it is extended until the next working day.

This period is extended to thirty (30) days for products ordered on our site.

As an exception to the above, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for products made according to the specifications of the Internet user or having been the subject of personalization on the request of the Internet user.

Return conditions

Orders must be returned in accordance with the following conditions:

•    Items must be returned unworn, undamaged, and with all their original labels and reach us in the packaging in which they were delivered ;
•    Shoes and accessories must be returned in and with their original boxes and protective covers and be sent to us in a package ;
•    When trying on the shoes, be careful not to leave marks on the soles and not damage the box ;
•    Hosiery, lingerie or swimwear must be returned to us with their protective labels and, if possible, in their original, unopened and undamaged packaging ;
•    Beauty items and cosmetics must be returned to us unopened, unused and in their original packaging, perfectly intact ;
•    Lingerie items should only be tried on over your own lingerie; we will not accept any item that has been worn or soiled ;
•    Due to their sanitary function, returns of fabric masks are not accepted, unless they have reached you damaged or defective ;
•    Jewelry items must be returned to us in the condition in which you received them, in their original packaging and with all original documents.

Please be especially careful when trying out your purchases and return them to us in the condition in which they were delivered.

A product that has suffered depreciation following excessive handling (damaged, worn, returned incomplete or without labeling, etc.) cannot be taken back.

How to return

Return for registered customers

Any return request must be made directly via our website https://www.koshka-paris.com.
Here are the steps to follow to declare your return:

•    Go to your “My Account” area on our site ;
•    AGo to the “History and details of my orders” section ;
•    Select the order containing the product(s) you wish to return ;
•    Select the product (s) you wish to return by checking the box next to their name (s) ;
•    Specify the quantity of product (s) to be returned (if several quantities of the same product are to be returned) ;
•    Add an explanation (in the "Return of goods" field) specifying the reason for the return.

Returns for guest customers

If you have ordered as a guest (without having created an account on our site) and wish to make a return, you can manage your order through the "Guest Order Tracking" section on our site.

The "Guest Tracking" link can be found in your shipping confirmation e-mail.

Please enter the information requested on the "Guest Order Tracking" page. You will need to provide your order reference and your e-mail address.

Click on "Send" then follow the step-by-step instructions, taking care to select each item to return and its reason for return.

Return from an address in Metropolitan France

We offer you the "Colissimo Return France" service to facilitate your returns from Metropolitan France.
There are three free options to choose that provide tracking capability:

•    La Poste: drop off your package with its return label at any post office ;
•    PRelay point: drop off your package with its return label at any relay point ;
•    Letterbox: you can choose a day and drop off your return in your letterbox before 8am. The postman can then pick it up for you and leave a return slip in your mailbox. In the case that you change your mind and no longer wish your return to be collected, you can return it yourself to the Post Office or your relay point.

You can download your return labels from your “My Account” customer area in the “Colissimo Returns” section.

If the Colissimo return procedure does not suit you, you have the option of returning your order via another carrier to the following address:

Return from an address outside Metropolitan France

As an international customer, you can return your package with the carrier of your choice. Please note that you will have to pay the shipping costs and any customs fees yourself. You can indicate that it is a return in order to avoid paying customs fees.

Also remember to slip the completed return slip (order summary) into your package, which you can download from your Customer Area on our website.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and accepted, the refund will be made, within a maximum period of fourteen (14) days, using the same method of payment as that used for the purchase.

The refund will relate to the total amount you have paid, including standard delivery costs. If you have chosen a more expensive delivery method such as express delivery for example, the delivery costs will not be refunded.

If you return only part of your order, you will be refunded the price of the returned goods + delivery costs in proportion to the number of returned items.

Any damaged or incomplete product cannot be the subject of a refund or any claim.

Exchanges

We accept exchanges of products (including sale or promotion items) within 30 days of receipt.

Products made to the Internet user's specifications or that have been subject to personalization on the Internet user's request are not exchangeable.

Any exchange request must be validated by Koshka Paris.

Conditions of exchange

•    We only exchange non-defective items, which are in their original condition, have not been worn, altered or washed, and which still have all of their tags attached ;
•    You can only exchange the same item for a different size or color. We cannot exchange a given item for a different item ;
•    You can only exchange the same item once for a different size or color ;
•    We only accept exchanges from the same country as for delivery. For example, orders delivered in France must be returned from France. Otherwise, the exchange procedure is on your responsibility, import and shipping costs will be charged.
